Each section of the trail shares a story and by following along the path ahead a unique beauty is unfolding. Often, the trail itself is just a means to get you to where you really want to go. Yet, the trails themselves have so much to share and enjoy. I recently spent a spring weekday in Acadia National Park and was struck by this section of the trail of the St. Sauveur Mountain Trail. This is not the "iconic" image you see from the park but I hope it is a reminder to dig deep into your favorite places and listen to the trail as it calls you to admire its beauty.
I have trail running on my mind tonight and upcoming hiking/ running adventures I hope to embark on this year. No matter how you explore the trail- bike, hike, walk, skip, run-
enjoy every minute of it!
