Starting the year off with back-to-back-to-back adventures. I can be focused when I am out creating images. I can get so entranced in fact that I find sometimes I block out what is happening around me. So tonight after the sun went down, I set the camera to auto shoot and James the adventure pup and I took off to jump and play along the beach. Play is something I would suggest we do not do enough of, yet it is such an important way to experience the world and be in the moment. I have seen a massive amount of New Year's thoughts from folks, resolutions, anti-resolutions, and a bit of everything in between. It is not a resolution or a goal, but I challenge everyone to get out there, live your adventure, and remember to PLAY.
"It is a happy talent to know how to play."
- Ralph Waldo Emerson
"You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation."
